Default Tax Codes

Default tax codes for a company overrule the tax code set for a job cost code.

If a default tax code is set for the company then it should automatically be assigned and shown to the user that it is applying a default tax code. Currently set up so that no default tax code is shown when entering in a manual line item in change order but after you enter the item then the default tax code shows up.

it should show on the entry screen for default tax code that the tax is being applied and you should have the choice to remove it.
