Allow multiple correspondence to happen across singular RFI or Submittal

with RFI's and submittals there is general back and forth on a particular item. Having to restart a new RFI or submittal to "continue" the conversation is very inefficient to the point people work outside of the system, or don't do them at all which is detrimental. An RFI or Submittal should be initiated and all correspondence relating to that item follows with it. Also to create a report showing the status of RFI's and Submittals on a particular project to share during weekly wrap ups is essential.
