Specifications - Ability to zoom out

When viewing specifications there is no way to zoom out when viewing, only a zoom in option. The specs automatically zooms in when you open a document and you can only view a quarter of the page. I unstander you can click on download and have futher zoom options but what is the point of "view" if it limits the ability to actually view the document. Lets get this fixed
