The submittal module lacks the abillity to add new text boxes or fields to include additional information. Currently we use Smartsheet as our Submittal/Procurement log and track submittal status and procurment status on one sheet. There needs to be a way to add fields to PO#s, tracking information, location of received materials, etc. Every fillable field needs to be able to be a column on the main submittal page so you can better filter your search without having to click on multiple links until you find what you are looking for. Lastly need to be able to add attachments to the submittal items. Having to look at individual submittal items and then back out and go down to Linked Files to view the actual pdf for the submittal is one of the dumbest things you did creating this software.
