Read only or granular permissions for field employees

When creating security roles, it would be a great option to be able to give read only permissions or granular permissions especially for field employees that do not need full access to a complete modular. We need field employees to views drawings, specs, submittals, etc but do not want them to have the ability to delete or make change to what we created. Google Procore Permission Template and we need similar options to give or restrict access
