Change success modals to toast messages

There are several places in the application where performing an action opens a modal / dialog box that requires clicking the X to close it and this completely disrupts flow within the app. There is nothing special about the modals, no call to action or anything, just a requirement that they be closed. A simple success toast would suffice to inform the user without preventing them from continuing with their work.
