cross project reports that total by cost code

I would love to be able to view reports of specific cost codes that total across all cost codes for a certain amount of time, such as a calendar year. It would be nice to know how much we spent/billed out on a certain item, etc.

Display lead/project number in header when working on Estimates, Subcontracts, etc

There are certain modules in SCM where the lead/project number are not visible in the web page's header. In working on an estimate for example, there is nothing on the webpage that shows which lead the estimate belongs to.
