Set a default labor code for the employee, when this employee is referenced on a labor timecard it should default to this code

We just implemented the clock in/out feature and having the ability of the workers comp code to be set at a user level would save time and minimize errors when converting to time cards. This should be a "user" default.

Labor Code/Craft Code
Employee Specific and Project Specific Pay Items
Employee Specific Pay Items and Pay Rates.
