Add drawings and specs from mobile app

I have had a customer request the ability to upload drawings and specs from the mobile app. Their project managers all have iPads that they use for work.

Allow drawing file uploads larger than 1000mb.

Allow drawing file uploads larger than 1000mb. Currently it is restricted. Commercial projects with 100+ drawing sheets are much larger in file size.

Currently you can only add a company to an RFP if they have a contact associated to their company. I have several clients who are doing bidding outside the system and don't always have the contact info when they are building out RFPs in the system...

Procore users wanting to leave that application want the hot link and zoom to details features that Procore offers as well as the collaboration piece of alerting a user to a note on the drawing.
