It would be useful under Leads if we could link a Schedule under Linked Files.

Linked Files Section in Schedules Module

Can we add a Linked Files Section to our Schedules Module? For GC's they could save schedules as they modify, and for subcontractors they can attach GC schedules they receive for reference.

Resource Alerts in the Schedules Module

When adding Resources, specifically internal personnel, can we create an alert system to tell us when a person is double booked in two or more projects on the same dates?

Have project to dos assigned to company show up for all users in their multi-project calendar

Add email history to all areas of system

Similar to in purchase orders where there is a sent emails section, we need that added to all areas that can be emailed. IE Assigned Tasks in Scheduling

Additional Fields in Leads for "Lead To Do" assignable to External Collaborators

Can we add "Lead To Do" items so we can require input from Customers/Vendors/other Employees. Having a field where the user can specify another party involved (i.e. other than assigned to) would be helpful. Not looking for Teamlink functionality. ...
