Ability to "add from previous ITBs" from Inactive Projects

I can add vendors from previous ITBs (especially useful for past leads and projects from similar regions) but once a project has ended and is made inactive, I cannot add vendors from those ITBs without reactivating the project, which is a hassle.

Ability to save on the "Email Bid Invitation" Screen (ITB)

It would be helpful to be able to save and ITB email in progress. Once you select your vendors from the ITB page and click "Send Invitation", there is no way to save on the "Email Bid Invitation" screen. Just today, I was in the middle of sending ...
