Submittal List Columns

Are there any upcoming releases or existing options that would allow actions to be added to the Submittal List View column? For example, in the attached screenshot, the customer would like to see both the status and the sent information within this view.

Currently, the column shows issued, but that does not necessarily reflect when the item was actually sent. Because this is a GC managing multiple submittals, often hundreds per project, many of which may not be sent immediately, having visibility directly in the list view would be much more efficient. It would allow them to track progress on the fly rather than relying on a separate report by submittal status.
