See attached files, the Failure section is currently not populating anything as SCM is retrieving from Intacct and cannot say if timecards did not get retrieved. Can this be removed, it is confusing for clients and they rely on it for confirmation that timecards are retrieved correctly. (I recommend the same for ERP JTD pulls if this exists on that log as well).

The timecards had several failures that were not posted from Intacct to SCM. There was no error that populated to notify the company of this and the log did not show any failures (as seen in the image I attached to the idea).
I also found out from them (as I have not tested this either) that normally they do get an email notification of any timecards with errors that kept them from posting from Intacct to SCM. But in this case this did not happen.
They have discovered this very late and have no way to retrieve them as they are over 30 days old.
I also want to note, this happened on their August 4th posting, could the latest Patch update or URL migration have caused th
Renee,
I am reaching out regarding your suggestion in the Aha! portal. I am trying to determine if this is a bug and also have some questions about the process. When you imported Labor Timecards from SIC to SCM, were there any timecards that were rejected or failed? If so, was there any indication in the details showing which timecards did not import? I am asking these questions because I have not personally tested this import process, as I have no data in my SIC Demo to import. Additionally, does SIC keep track of which timecards were imported to SCM?
