Attachments to transfer to Intacct

Please add integration for any attachments that are uploaded in SCM to download into Intacct. Having to upload them twice is redundant and causes a lot of extra work that can be automatized. Sage has other products that do this already like FYLE that auto downloads transactions with receipts/document backup.

    The SCM Product Team is discussing this option with the SIC Product Team. We are uncertain if this is possible with the other products we integrate with (i.e. S300CRE or S100C).
