Client has many estimates for a single customer. They don't want to create a new lead for every potential opportunity for a customer. Instead want to convert each estimate separately.
This is already available but not recommended. The reason for that is that the drawings, specs and attachments are based on the Lead (not the estimate) which converts to the Project. The information across many unrelated estimates would be intermingled and difficult to separate and identify when the estimate is moved to a Project.
