Add a “Delivered Quantity” column in Purchase Orders

At the moment, the Purchase Orders module only tracks the ordered quantity, but doesn’t allow us to track what was actually delivered.

We’d like to suggest the addition of a “Delivered Quantity” column to help monitor partial deliveries or discrepancies between what was ordered and what was received.

This feature would be extremely helpful for invoice approval and inventory accuracy, especially in projects where deliveries occur in stages.

Other platforms, such as QuickBooks, already support similar functionality — and we believe it would be a valuable addition to Corecon.

    This feature is already available if you use the Materials feature in the Daily Log. If a PO is approved, the PO Items can be accessed in the Daily Log and Quantities Received can be entered. In addition, if you use the PO to Bill Wizard in Procurement, there is a check box above the items grid to show Daily Log Quantities as you are entering bills related to POs.

    We also have some exciting new features coming with a PO Receiving feature. I believe it is tentatively scheduled for late 2025.
