We manage the accounting system (QBO) and AP processor for our client. When bills and sub invoices are added to SCM, we review and sync over to the accounting system and AP processor so that the bills can be paid.
Since the client manages the projects and has PMs, we need to have the option to send the notifications to an admin user as well. Right now, the procurement push notification settings only notify the PM or Prime Contact on the project, which are used by the client.
Having push notifications sent to admin would allow us to be alerted when a new bill or sub invoice is added to the system, without us having to manually check.
It sounds like you are asking for an email notification. Are you currently using the WorkFlow approval process and if so, is there something we could add to that process to notify an external collaborator? Hopefully the Client is using their TeamLink Portal. A custom Teamlink Portal Security Role can be added to the 'Owner' role so they can see the status in the TeamLInk Portal. Any suggestions you can add are appreciated.
