Can we get a rejected workflow email alert for all parties involved in a workflow. Once it is rejected by one person, everyone Internal is email notified it was rejected, as well as Teamlink portal users who entered the item.

@Guest We kindly request confirmation regarding the appropriate usage of this field. For the time being, we will maintain the status as 'already exists'. However, we can readily adjust it to 'future consideration' if this does not align with the intended purpose. Please advise on your preference.
Yes they were using that setting, but it was too many emails for some of their staff. They wanted just an alert for rejected workflows. I will confirm with them that this setting was checked when they tested rejections.
