For the sake of the current Contact Management setup, the ratings would be:

Yes, this feature is a must and would be so simple to add. I currently use this feature on our sharepoint list but now with the Contact Management we are hoping to move away from that list.

What we have found is that there is no way we can to a tiered filter with the current classification feature, meaning we get a lot of duplication when we simply add classifications on top of classifications. That can be very frustrating.
So a bidders list rating that is separate from Classifications would be quite helpful.

Would you consider proposing a description for each of the numbers in the scores 10 = Excellent, 1 = Do not use, or however you see it?
