Customizable/templated questions for reports/daily logs/inspections/etc

We have talked about this but I couldn't find if the idea existed here. I have had clients ask for the capability of having customized questions that people in the field have to answer as a part of their work - whether that is some sort of maintenance check, daily log info they would want to check, or specialty contractors that have specific information they need to check
