When Adding Bills Should be Able to Link Files Right Away

When creating bills for invoices in order to add the document you have to save and link. You should be able to link or add the PDF document on the first page of adding the Bill... If I am entering more then one invoice for a Job i want to be able to Save & New and continue working. Not very efficient.
