Prime Invoice Grouped by Owner Code

For both Cost plus contract types types could another option be added for grouping Cost plus Prime Invoices by Owner Code

After the planned Feb2025 update it would be the only summing/grouping type that wouldn't have both options. Merge table/fields would be the same as all the other grouped by type.
