Excel import Bill status

Have a similar option to timecard import for import as pending or have a Status column for Approved/Pending in the import file

Currently if import a Bill from Excel it imports as Approved unless you have workflow turned on. If you don't have a formal workflow process but still want someone to check and approve you can't.
