Differentiate between Lead # and Project # for alerts on the SCM homepage

Currently the alerts section of the homepage has a column titled "Project #". When using checklists for example, it is not easy to distinguish if the number is however a lead # or project #. Ideally, there would be a separate column for project # and lead #.
