Can we add "Lead To Do" items so we can require input from Customers/Vendors/other Employees. Having a field where the user can specify another party involved (i.e. other than assigned to) would be helpful. Not looking for Teamlink functionality. Just a way to note the other parties that may be involved.

I am not sure that is how the team intended for the General To Do to be used. Have you checked out the Project To-Do's. They have all of these features and are now available to External Collaborators through the Teamlink Portal. Also, Internal Users and Employees can access these through the Mobil app.
