Allow for more granular settings in controlling which fields sync to SCM from Intacct

In our scenario. this idea pertains specifically to employee information, but it could be broadened to a more general scope regarding the integration.

When syncing employees from Intacct to SCM, there are certain fields that we would prefer not to populate in SCM. It would be nice if we could turn just these fields "off" in the integration, and still allow for the remainder of the fields to sync.
