Add Vendors to ITB by Classification List, Not By Distance

The add by classification window for ITB does not do as it suggests. If I wanted to search by distance from the project, that should be a separate option. When adding by classification, I just want to see the list of vendors in the classification and select from there.

The add by distance could be helpful in theory, but the idea that we cannot sort our vendors by classification in any way shape or form without the vendor being listed as within the proper distance when trying to add them to the invitation is astonishing. Just list the vendors by classification and let us add from that list, no extra bells or whistles. This should be an easy thing to do and yet it takes a lot longer than it needs.
