Include a hyperlink to the Lead/Project in Checklist Alerts

When using checklists and checklist alerts, the alert includes the lead/project number, but there is no easy way to quickly access the lead/project.

Ideally, the lead/project number would be a hyperlink to the respective lead/project (much in the same way that the "subject" is a hyperlink to the checklist item.
