Being able to view all of a projects submittals in the TeamLink Portal by originator would be useful for organizational purposes and ease of access for the users to see which submittals pertain to them as well as the submittal list as a whole. This feature would benefit the subcontractors and primes. The way it would work would be to add a column to the existing project submittal list in the TeamLink Portal that shows who the originator is for each individual submittal.
In teamlink portal settings there is the ability to allow a user to see all submittals, they need a way to see who the originator is for these submittals, there are no options to customize the columns.
Originators can only see their own Submittals in the TeamLink Portal. A subcontractor or vendor accessing teamlink portal would not see the submittals from another company. Did I misunderstand the idea?
