When a Workflow Approval or Reject is added, we need a pop-up box to appear. This should be available if the user is changing the approval status in the Workflow Tab on the Home View, from within the record or transaction, from log views, or when approving in response to an email from the WorkFlow Approval Process.
When a record or transaction is rejected, having access to reasons why would lighten the amount of correspondence needed to bring this record or transaction back to Approval Status as others are involved in that process.
