Ability to view Actual Cost-to-Date Overview on Project Home or Procurement page

It would be very very useful to be able to view ALL costs to date on a project in the same manner one can view the invoiced-to-date, without having to dig through a plethora of complicated reports or analytics that almost work but don't. It is not fun to have the PM looking over your shoulder for a 30000ft & 10second overview only to have to pull several reports in as many minutes to try to piece it together for them (i.e. Bills, Subcontract Invoices, Misc Expenses....Pending or not Pending...etc.)

In Procurement, select bill reports, click the custom reports and select "Bills and sub invoices grouped by project". I had this added a long time ago, so not sure if it is available to all accounts.

To be able to view contracts vs actual costs-to-date in the same manner we can view contracts vs cost budgets under "Prime Contract Budget History and Invoice History" would be amazing. That way you could see the actual costs against each prime contract. My only problem with that current page is that the cost budget soon becomes outdated once a project has started.

On the question about better location, I'm not sure if there is a better location, just perhaps more visible access would be helpful. Would you do a separate report above or beneath the current one, or a toggle between budget and actual, or?

Have you viewed the Contract Admin Overview option under Relates Functions call 'Prime Contract Budget History and Invoice History"? If so what changes would you make? Do you have a better location for this feature? Don't forget some subscribers have multiple Prime Contracts under one Project. Screenshot:

because when it comes to spending $$ on the project, often it doesn't matter how the cost was generated, but we just need to know in a hurry how much spending overall has been approved and processed; and an added bonus would be the ability to also see pending after that
