Granting Time Approval Access by Utilizing Project Manager Assigned to the Project

In lieu of granting time approval access to a company contact through the User in the Company Settings, it would be useful if the Project Manager listed on the Project was automatically granted time approval access to any Company Contacts added to the project directory.
