Dynamic Filtering of Active Leads & Projects

In setting access to a user's Leads & Projects, it would be desirable to have dynamic filters applied so that the system automatically added leads and projects based upon the filter criteria selected.

The goal would be to eliminate the need to manually filter and select the leads/projects that users have access to.
