Have a daily (some sort of schedule) email that goes out to sage cm users listing what due dates they have coming up in the next 7 days. Similar to the alert home screen that you see when logging into sage cm however in an email so users who are not always logging into sage cm can be aware of upcoming deadlines.
Correct a summary. I think it should be an option for both internal and teamlink employees

Are you thinking this email would provide a summary to users of all of their To Dos, Scheduled Tasks, Items requiring attention, and any workflow items pending their review?
Would you want this for internal employees or TeamLink users or both?
