Automate the sync where it runs at set intervals throughout the day. I would say hourly would be ok for most customers but there are going to be some who are going to want more "real time" data. Also leave the ability to click the button to retrieve the latest cost.
Status is 'Planned', but when? Sharing cost data data between the ERP and CM software is a basic feature. Administrators should not have to manually push it into the system. We have multiple software platforms that use the Hh2 connector that update hourly without user intervention.
