Set default screen when opening SCM

Currently when you open SCM it takes you to the home screen that lists your alerts. I have a customer who is requesting the ablility to change this to the project list.

    Hey Jack,

    They can do this today by bookmarking the URL for whatever page they want to see once they login. Here's the URL for the project list page:
