Most vendors dont bother taking the time to log in to respond. This may help!

Here is an email as the Subcontractor would see it. Note the five options they can choose from withing their ITB email without accessing the Teamlink Portal.....
Im not sure the authentication method means anything for what Im suggesting. (i could be wrong, but i reviewed the section as requested)
Ive mocked up and attached what Im envisioning. A subcontractor can indicate by clicking on a button inside the email without logging into the portal and return a change in the ITB list that we can see, even better if we receive a notification.
