Output and display colours from comments fields

See attached where if change the colour of text in comments you can only see it in the edit screen. So when you when you are in view only in SCM or the comment is mapped onto document templates the font colour is black.

Seems a bit pointless being able to change text colour when you then can't see it in view mode or it won't output.

Note the first "hello" is bold and that is showing in view mode and exports to document so there must be some text format control/export?

Could the font colour and some other font controls be more useable/viewable?
