IS there a way that we could route outside emails into a project? can we have a project specific email to copy so it will save an email to the project? Or could there be an outlook add in that allows us to save emails and documents within outlook to a project?
This would be like the old Outlook 2007 (or was it 2010) integration in Corecon to Outlook where could add emails from Outlook as Journals.
integraCurent way is to use your inbound email address and forward in the email. Then go to you inbound emails and select Project, Doc Type etc to create the record in the Project
An integration with outlook where didn't have to do the inbound email step would save some time
