Prime Contract Sync to Intacct Separately

Currently, the project, cost budget, and prime contract sync to Intacct at the same time. If the prime contract syncs over incorrectly and the user does not catch that, in order for them to resync the prime contract, the entire project needs to be deleted. If there are paid bills that have this project tagged the project cannot be deleted. In Intacct, you can create prime contracts after the project is created. This is becoming hours of work for clients that need to resync the prime contract since they need to delete ALL transactions in Intacct that the project was tagged to and then manually unlock them all one by one in SCM and sync everything back to Intacct.
