Allow an administrator to set a password for a user.

In Company Settings > Users > User Information, add a "User Password" field so that an administrator can set/change a password for a user. This would bypass/eliminate the "Click here to reset password" option.

When the "Click here to reset password" message is sent, the user only has a limited amount of time to reset the password, and the user often misses the window of opportunity to reset his/her password.
