When a document is sent via any correspondence, team members such as architects and vendors can follow the link to the TeamLink Portal and access the documentation. However, if employees are copied, they can do nothing with that email.
It would be great if the email had a link that said ‘open SCM’. Perhaps if it was a link that’s said “YOURCOMPANYNAME-SCM” or ‘YOURCOMPANYNAME Employee’ it would not confuse non-employees?
My previous comment already exists in the system. Are you referring to another feature where the email does not redirect back to Sage CM?
Is there an estimated timeline or target date for this future consideration?
Employees that are cc'd on Journals, RFIs, and Submittals will get a different hyperlink that takes them to Sage CM.
