It is necessary for us to track the location of all of our projects for tax purposes as well as conducting analytics on our various markets. This would be a useful metric in the tool to feed over to the accounting system.
I would add that there is not always a single "project location" or jobsite address.
When we are involved in projects that involve the relocation or transportation of equipment, there are often two (or more jobsite addresses. Having the ability to capture these jobsite addresses in the estimate and especially the RFP would be desirable.
Since Intacct Projects don't have specific Address fields, how would you like us to populate the Sage Intacct > Projects > Primary Contact, Ship-to contact, and Bill-to contact fields?
What are your thoughts on the following Project Addresses?
Project Address (Current fields)
Project Address - Equipment Mobilization
Project Address - Material Delivery

We are going to put this on hold until Sage Intacct adds Project Address fields.
Would you want us to only fill in the Ship-to or should we populate all of them with the same Contact?
Do you ever plan on having Prime Contract specific addresses that are different from the Project address?
Of these options, I would think the "ship-to contact would fit the best."
