When working on billing I'll often need to investigate a line item and then when I come back to Sage to enter, the program has timed out and I need to log in again. It's very frustrating.
If you have not already removed all Bookmarks referencing Corecon, do so.
then enter a new bookmark - app.sagecm.intacct.com on all devices
Go to Gear Wheel, Setting, Users - select user setting - scroll down - select duration - Save
We get kicked out of the application often and sometimes locked out. I agree that this a major barrier to being productive.
