Modify the bottom scroll bar on the reports so that when you zoom in on the report the bar stays on the page and you no longer have to scroll down to adjust the L to R scroll bar.

This helps a lot. I would need to talk with our team about how this would work and if we want to always show the horizontal bar.
In the meantime, you should be able to scroll to the right while zoomed in without the horizontal scroll bar showing by either holding shift and using the scroll wheel on your mouse or pushing your scroll wheel left/right if your mouse supports this.
