Currently, there is no record in Sage that shows users the content of the message that was sent or any attachments that may have been included. Even if you happened to be copied on the message that was sent, this still means you need to try to track it down in your email records to try to find the original message.
When you click on the Details link, the only information available is "Message was sent successfully to JohnSmith@Company XYZ.com on DD-Mmm-YEAR."
If you were not copied on the original message or cannot find it in your email, you are left to wonder what was said in the email and what version of a PO/subcontract or other attachment was sent to the recipient(s).
At a minimum, you should be able to view a text version of the message that was sent and a list of attachments that were included on the outgoing message.
This should be a priority. This is one of the main benefits of using a system like this. This should be moved to planned, as this should not be very difficult to develop. In the background, just have the email automatically include the users SCM email as a recipient and have it autolink to the invoice, PO, etc. that it is being sent from.
