Currently, the default email template populates the Business Phone number field from the generic phone number listed in the company record, rather than from the Business Phone number field listed under the individual's record, in each signature line.
The mobile phone number and email address fields are pulled from the individual's record, so this should be the same for the business phone. Most companies have extensions or direct dial numbers for each person, so it would make sense to provide this information in the email signature. If individuals want to direct callers to the main company phone number, they can list that in their individual record.
