Popup reminder to save work

In Sage 100 Contractor, when you try to leave a function, you get a popup reminder asking if you want to save your work before you exit. As a new user of Sage CM, I find that I'm losing my work (usually in estimating) because I need to hop over to a different section of the portal and I forgot to save. The popup reminder sure would be helpful
