The benefit of Prime Contracts is we can map the customer to Quickbooks per prime contract. You can't do this with workorders. Prime contracts work great when service work is for multiple customers. Work orders would be fine if for one customer., but for the majority of my clients that is not the case.

Why not make it separate all together like you have leads and projects there should be a service work link. In there a list of all your re-occurring customers with all their site locations that you can assign to your service department.
Instead of making a new Prime Contract for service work, could you create one Prime Contract for all of the service work and then use the Work Orders to keep track of the costs?
The Copy Prime Contract Wizard should have the following options.
Specify Client (eg. Company listed in Project Directory)
Copy Cost Budgets
Copy Contract Items or GMP Values
Copy CPR, CO and Invoice Markups
@Guest Yes, can you send this to my email Mark.Cadman@Sage.com and CC David and Norman?
By the way I have a video and set of instructions in pdf I give my clients to perform service work in Corecon/Sage if you are interested. Thanks
