5) Select Project and Job Cost Code. Both are drop-downs. Project drop-down would show only jobs that have been referenced on the selected timecard records.
6) Click Save.
Important: Only selected timecard records with the same project reference would get updated. Thus, selected timecard records that reference a different project would NOT get updated.
It sounds like you would need to have a project filter on the screen to
show on the global change option. It sure would be handy as we have to go
into each timecard individually to update currently.

List show Cost Code
I thought the suggestion title was about cost code being a column on the listing. If you were referring to cost code being a global change option then that is more tricky because it depends on the project selection. For example, what happens if you select multiple timecard records that reference different projects? In addition, how do we populate the JCC drop-down on the global change form that has no project reference?
You cant bulk update Cost Code even if you see if on the approved timecard
list. Unless Im getting something wrong?

List show Cost Code
Below is how this could work.
1) View labor timecard listing
2) Select one or more labor timecard records
3) Click "Choose Bulk Action"
4) Select new Job Cost Code option
5) Select Project and Job Cost Code. Both are drop-downs. Project drop-down would show only jobs that have been referenced on the selected timecard records.
6) Click Save.
Important: Only selected timecard records with the same project reference would get updated. Thus, selected timecard records that reference a different project would NOT get updated.
I changed the title to clarify the suggestion.

List show Cost Code
Cost Code is shown on labor and equipment timecard listings. You can also add cost code description as a column.
